Fire is the most critical component in a survival situation, yet the basic options out there haven’t evolved much. Exotac has changed that. Your basic lighter is still the easiest-to-use fire source, but there are some serious limitations. If it gets wet, forget about using it until hours later when the flint has dried out. Want to secure it to your pack so you’re sure it won’t get lost? Too bad. Need to keep the gas button depressed for awhile to light your fire? Hope you like a seriously hot thumb. These might sound like only minor annoyances, but if you’re ever in a survival situation and fire becomes your #1 priority, it’s no longer a minor problem to find that your lighter is missing or unusable.

Exotac has designed the fireSLEEVE to fit the Bic Classic Lighter like a glove and fix all of those problems. They've relentlessly tweaked the design and sorted through dozens of materials until we found the perfect combination of high end polymers to give you the feel and performance you need. Throughout the design process it has also field tested to ensure that the fireSLEEVE will perform under harsh conditions so you can be sure that it will work flawlessly when you really need it.

TIPS:

Only use with a Bic Classic lighter for a secure fit. Use top or bottom attachment points to secure your lighter to a lanyard. You can place cap on the bottom of the body during use. Never leave the gas lock on for more more than 30 seconds.

Note: USPS First Class Packages are not insured, which means we will not reship in the event that the package is lost. We recommend adding the Route Package Protection or choosing USPS Priority Mail.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the terms set forth by your credit card/debit card company. 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase .If you make a purchase for the holidays between October 1st and December 25th we will accept returns for those items up until January 31st of the following year provided that the same requirements above are met - the item is unused, has original packaging returned with it, and has a proof of receipt showing the date of purchase. PLEASE NOTE:  The purchaser shall be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.  If your return qualifies for a refund you will receive the refund for that item(s) minus a 10% restocking fee.
