Return Policy on Product
If you decide you do not want the product, you may return any unused or unopened product for a *refund or store credit (minus shipping charges. Clearance items are excluded). You must do this within 30 days from the date you received the product. ALL RETURNS (except warranties/defectives) are return at YOUR OWN EXPENSE and will not be included in your refund or store credit. No return (other than warranties) past 30 days will be accepted. Credit will only be issued for product ONLY and cannot be used towards training credit for SIGMA 3 Survival School hosted events. Your return must be returned with your email order confirmation or packing list from your original order. Any returns that does not have a copy of your email order confirmation or packing list will not be processed.
Sales & Promotions
Sale and promotional prices are only valid during the specified promotional or sale period. We do not offer rain checks or extend sale/promotional prices to products purchased prior to or after the sale/promotional period. Sale and Promotions are not extended to Dealers and cannot be combined with other discounts.
All refunds (including cancelled orders) will be refunded by the original payment method. All non US refunds will be issued in the manner in which the order was paid. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
